Interior
With interior drywall, you have to be very careful to not be fooled by appearances. One of the major problems that we face is that people won’t even think that they could potentially have a problem until it is essentially too late. As we have mentioned an excess of moisture is going to be the most common issue that we are going to have to deal with. Demolition/Site Prep
A lot of times people think that most of the issues are going to be able to be fixed by just patching up the wall and removing the parts that are literally falling apart. While that thought is not exactly wrong there are times where it is going to be better to just blow things up and start over … literally. We are going to be able to set up light demolition work to clear up different areas to give you the chance to literally start all over. If that happens to be the decision that you ultimately make!

Insulation
Insulation is meant to keep homes at a steady temperature. In places like Seattle though this is where we are going to want to take the right steps to ensure that we are going to be fighting back against moisture in the best way that we can. In these cases, we are usually going to be very active recommending that you install vapor barriers and other types of fixtures to ensure that you are basically going to be getting the full coverage if you will. In any case, we are very much concerned with making sure that what we set up works!

Framing
This is a process that cannot be taken lightly. The frames that we are going to be putting up will be what is going to give the entire room or the entire house for that matter the set up that it is going to have. We can’t just come in and build almost like wooden housings without any real purpose in mind. We have to know what it is going be going on the other side of the frame to make sure that we can adjust accordingly.

Ceilings
We can also use very similar techniques to set up your ceilings. We are going to be building a frame and then adding the actual drywall to provide the finish for your ceilings. If you want to add any type of design elements to that finish you are going to be welcome to do so. This is without a doubt going to be one of the easiest and quickest ways to build a ceiling.

From helping design exactly what these areas are going to look like to actually painting them in that perfect shade that you happen to be looking for.
